Charlotte County is located north of Ft Myers, and just south of Sarasota County.  Sarasota county is located north of Charlotte County, South of Tampa, on the Gulf of Mexico.  Boating and golfing are this areas favorite past times for residents and vacationers as well.   Many new homes are currently on the market for under $200,000.  Standard lots of 10,000 square feet are available for under $20,000.
