Charlotte County is located north of Ft Myers, and just south of Sarasota County.    Boating and golfing are this areas favorite past times for residents and vacationers as well.   Many new homes are currently on the market for under $150,000.  Standard lots of 10,000 square feet are available for under $15,000. Gulf access homes are starting at $125,000 to in the millions!
